Our great commission, found in Matthew 28 verse 19 – 20, is to go out and make self-replicating followers of Christ. As Metro Mission, we aim to use the resources that God has given us, in the form of people and their gifts, to move the Gospel of Christ through the world as is our commission. We’d love for you to be a part of this movement and join us in this important work.

We strive to serve the community in which we are based: the metropole of Sandton in Johannesburg. In response to the current global climate, we have set up a COVID Relief Fund aimed at assisting members of our community.

OUR WORK

At Metro Mission our ethos is to equip people to thrive spiritually, emotionally and physically. This is because the Gospel is not one-dimensional. We seek to do this by connecting people to God and to each other, growing in “small groups” and serving the community through those small groups.
