About the Speaker

Elder, Belinda Bethea-Smith is an accomplished International , motivational speaker for over 30 years . She attended Oakwood University and Aristotle Medical and Dental school of Technology, where she completed her internship in End Stage Renal Disease and became a Laboratory Clinical Specialist Director covering the SouthWest and Midwest regions for over 23 years. She was the First African American woman to be elected as the National Association of Nephrology Technology President in its history. Belinda was a keynote speaker in Bingerville, West Ivory Coast Africa, Netherlands Antilles. Bahamas , Bermuda, Trinidad and more. She received her 4 level Certification in Leadership Management sponsored by the Southeastern Conference of SDA under the leadership of Nicole Brise’, Women’s Ministries Director. She received a Multicultural Diversity Trainer and Facilitator certification (through The Professional Women Network and the Dynamic Marriage Institute), her passion is powerfully exuded as she continually empowers women to grow and build stronger relationships for a brighter future. Alongside her dynamic ministry, Belinda is the President and CEO of (Women Working With Women. Inc.), Non-Profit 501c3 where ‘outreaching’ to women and their families needs in the community are one of her primary focus along with teaching women behind bars and in the community with domestic violence, mental and physical abuse. We provide tools to reinvest in their education and future employment for self sustainability. Her organization has fed over thousand’ of families in Gainesville Florida, Alachua County area in the past 9 years. While during the Pandemic the world changed and she had to change along with it. Her focus on the family is even greater now to assist their immediate needs through food, clothes. Utilities, rent and more due to COVID-19, loss of job, sickness, and death. She believes community involvement serving is essential and critical right now during this pandemic. It’s time to be more creative in ministering the gospel to families. She is married to Dallas Smith and have 2 adult children Jaquanza Smith and Devan Smit
